EA to DCEO and Business Support - Art

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive senior EA to support the Deputy CEO (DCEO) in our client's London office. This key role involves coordinating the DCEO's direct reports, managing budgets and performance tracking, and supporting global sales teams. You'll serve as the primary Executive Assistant to the DCEO whilst also providing wider business support, ensuring all tasks are handled with professionalism and discretion. This is a fantastic opportunity with one of the leading names in Art!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Report Coordination: Track holidays, manage appraisals, oversee expenses, and facilitate regular meetings with DCEO's direct reports.
  • Budget & Performance Tracking: Organise budget meetings, track performance, and collaborate on new reporting systems.
  • Global Sales Support: Coordinate global sales reviews, assist with process implementation, and ensure consistent global policies.
  • Executive Assistance: Manage the DCEO's calendar, prepare documents, arrange travel, and coordinate board meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven Executive Assistant experience at the C-suite level, with strong business admin skills.
  • Skills: Exceptional organisational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritise under pressure.
  • Confidentiality & Communication: High discretion, excellent communication skills, and strong emotional intelligence.
  • Personality: Personable, solution-oriented, and able to build relationships easily.
  • Business Acumen: Financially literate and process-driven.
