E-commerce Executive - Marketplace/Beauty/Skincare - £27k-£33k (depending on exp)

Handle Recruitment have exclusively partnered with a direct-to-consumer health, beauty, and skincare brand, who are actively looking for an E-commerce Marketplace Executive to join them on a permanent basis. They are looking for a motivated, hardworking person to join their high-growth health and beauty Marketplaces team. This role would be perfect for someone who is based in north London, working hybrid 3 days in their office, 2 from home.


Their key brands, are successful beauty brands both looking to expand and strengthen their engagement with key bricks & mortar and online retail partners across the UK and Europe. While at different stages in their journey to establishing partnerships, both have major opportunities to grow and support the strategic ambitions of the wider business.


Key responsibilities:

  • Creating effective listings for a constant stream of new products on Amazon Seller Central.

  • Updating and maintaining existing product listings, ensuring images, content and keywords are properly optimised.

  • Analysing PPC performance, updating and optimising according to trends, demand, and competition.

  • Reviewing prices based on RRPs, profit margins, competitor's pricing, and stock availability, with a view of increasing sales and profitability.

  • Assisting in the sales forecasting and stock replenishment's, highlighting any potential issues that might impact sales performance.

  • Conducting regular competitor research, sales reports analysis and adapting sales strategy to facilitate further growth and brand exposure.

  • Producing sales reports for management and proposing new strategies to stimulate growth.

You, ideally, will have a minimum of 2 years of experience of managing marketplace platforms (preferably Amazon Seller Central) account with a minimum of £1m yearly revenue. Experience and passion of working with spreadsheets and multiple systems, excellent organisational and time management skills. Knowledge of one or multiple ERP / CRM / e-commerce software platform.
