My client, a forward thinking Insurance software house are looking to add to their established team by hiring a .NET Developer with strong back-end skills and an appreciation for web technology.
The role will include providing development to their n-tier architecture and the build out of software products for their clients.
You will have the ability to work remotely with the occasional meeting every 2 - 4 months.
The essential skills and experience required for this role include:
- C#
- NET
- SQL Server 2019
- WCF
- XML
- Azure DevOps experience source control
The desirable skills and experience for this role include:
- VB .net
- Windows forms
As part of this role you will be responsible for:
- Making key decisions on the approach of how the projects are implemented
- Sharing knowledge with the wider teams to improve the standards for all
- Being passionate about doing things the correct way by writing clean, concise, re-factored code that is easy to be maintained
