Digital Project Manager - Apps - £300 p/d

Are you a Project Manager experienced in managing App projects? Looking for your next exciting contract? This is a great opportunity to manage the new app from a well known celebrity promoting health and fitness.

This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days in the office at St Giles London, have a read of the full description below and hit that apply button to secure your next role contract!

You will set deadlines, key milestones, activity and stakeholders for many key projects across marketing, editorial, creative, PR functions.

You will be joining a small team and will be comfortable working on projects outside this space also, particularly with technology / product teams.

The department is growing fast, who have an exciting roadmap to deliver and you will be at the forefront of this with the opportunity to make a real impact.

Responsibilities and desired skills:

  • Be a hands-on member of the team, be an ace at shaping projects, planning, tracking / clearing issues, anticipate bottle necks and ensure deliver to time, quality and budget. You will go the extra mile to get the project over the line and be comfortable to work at pace.
  • You'll be comfortable scoping projects and ensuring they are delivered in a controlled manner. For each project You'll be responsible for building and managing the detailed project plan and risk log.
  • You'll be a great communicator, expert at summarising risks and issues for stakeholders. Building awesome relationships with stakeholders will be second nature to them.
  • You'll have excellent attention to detail, be comfortable running project status meetings and be able - at pace - to prepare materials (PPT, Google slides etc) that are clear and succinct.

Knowledge and experience:

  • Genuine project management skills - incl. creating detailed project plans, RAID log, and running project status meetings
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Able to understand high level product and technology for a digital product
  • Experience working on apps or other digital products is a must!
