Digital Media Manager - TV
We are working with one of the biggest multimedia companies and household brand names of our time, on the hunt for a Digital Media Manager. Responsible for heading up and being a thought leader for TV within the business, you will be responsible for leading on digital strategy with an aim to increase viewership and encourage distribution of content.
You will lead on digital strategy, lead the department with an innovative and inspiring approach and work with the wider business on content merchandising and video content distribution - I am looking to speak with digital strategists and editorial experts from the wonderful world of TV!
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that content is promoted regularly across partner platforms and on the app
Regular reporting on performance and gather insights and information to commission new content with
Work on the upcoming FAST channel roll out within the UK, ensuring that content is scheduled with relevant programming
Gather insights and information to inform on new content that could be commissioned
Close work with partners to secure promotion of content across the network
Distribution of content, ensuring that relevant venues are identified for the distribution of original and owned content
Management of the website and ensure that it features locally relevant content each week
You Will Have:
A strong background in TV and digital strategy
Previous experience in strategic merchandising of content for the right audience
Demonstrable experience in increasing key media metrics, increasing viewership, watch times and visits
A true passion for and background in digital and or linear TV, along with experience in or an understanding of scheduling and programming of a TV channel
