Handle are delighted to be working with one of the most iconic music businesses in the country. This collaborative team values creativity and teamwork. They represent a diverse range of artists, including global electronic superstars. They're seeking a dedicated Digital Campaign Manager who would be working closely with the creative and marketing departments to deliver artist campaigns across an expansive dance roster.

Key responsibilities include

* Collaborating with the dance marketing and core sales departments to create assets that leverage commercial and promotional opportunities, such as Spotify advertising packs/pages.

* Developing innovative engagement tools, apps, platforms, partnerships, licensing, and games.

* Creating scalable, white label tools that can be used across multiple campaigns.

* Designing and developing high-quality digital marketing tools to support frontline artist campaigns, including artist websites, campaign sites, tools, assets, social media widgets and applications, email marketing templates, animated GIFs, landing pages, data capture forms, social media skins, and more.

* Designing and creating audio-visual assets for artist campaigns, such as video statics.

* Assisting the Head of Digital in implementing digital strategy and best practices for the label, with a particular focus on the electronic artists on the roster.

* Traffic management and task prioritisation of all digital production for the label.

* Adding value to all digital marketing campaigns through innovation and best practice compliance.

* Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and communicating opportunities and best practices to the digital team.

* Being the label's expert and go-to person for all digital production, technical, and development inquiries.

* Delivering assets and tools for digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on innovation.

The ideal candidate will have:

* A thorough understanding of the dance/electronic world, including its sub-genres and communities.

* Solid previous experience in digital production.

* Experience in responsive cross-browser and device web design.

* Advanced skills in graphics software, such as InDesign, Photoshop, AfterEffects, and Flash.

* Thorough knowledge and experience of website and asset hosting.

* Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS

* Flexible and able to prioritise workload and others.

* Experience working in an office environment.

* A desire to develop a career in digital.

* Passionate about music with a desire to progress in the industry.

* Experience working in music, whether personal or professional.

* Experience in delivering high-quality tools and assets for artist campaigns.

* Good video editing knowledge, such as Final Cut and Adobe Premiere.
