A global technology company and industry leader within the travel sector are looking for a CRM Specialist to join their North London office on a 12 month contract. Working within their Customer Marketing team, this role is responsible for the overseeing the day-to-day operations through their global marketing channels.
Duties
- Plan, coordinate and deliver compelling email programs
- Work collaboratively with wider team to ensure email programs are optimized to drive results
- Ensure all emails communications meet mandatory brand guidelines, reflect brand development
- Assist with reporting and delivering analysis and insights into the email programs.
Candidate
- Experience in email marketing.
- Salesforce process knowledge.
- Campaign management
- QA experience
