One of the biggest music brands int the world is searching for senior member to join one of the their partner companies. Reporting to the Head of CRM, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive consumer relationship marketing services to the label and ensuring the implementation of strategic initiatives. Your focus will be on increasing engagement, driving revenues, and optimising CRM data to enhance the overall consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and innovative strategies to increase engagement and promote database growth across all artists CRM touchpoints.
  • Devise communication strategies for artists in the roster, leveraging new CRM technologies and system developments.
  • Optimise UK's CRM data for effective segmentation across email, messaging, and media buying activities.
  • Create inspiring and forward-thinking CRM plans for key artists, nurturing existing fans while acquiring new ones.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce and Label Marketing teams to drive CRM-driven revenues across the brands stores, retail, merchandise, ticketing, and streaming.
  • Gain proficiency in centrally provided CRM systems, technology stack, and analytical tools, and provide day-to-day support to the UK Digital and Marketing teams.
  • Perform in-depth data analytics to produce monthly performance reports and campaign analysis for both the label and its artists.
  • Utilise data collected through social and web interactions to improve relationships and enhance consumer behaviour understanding.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection guidelines as the custodian of consumer data integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with CRM managers in international territories on global campaigns.
  • Work with the Community Manager to maximise first-party data collection across online communities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in CRM, fashion/entertainment, or managing multiple accounts in a digital agency.
  • Personable with a strong presence in music culture and consumption across multiple channels.
  • Highly numerate, analytical, and results-oriented with a focus on high quality and business profit.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in all Microsoft packages, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics tools, tracking parameters, and analysis.
  • Diligent, reliable, and capable of managing and delivering on multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations and HTML coding.
  • Familiarity with affiliate programs and experience in data management.
  • Proactive and confident communication skills with all levels of management.
  • Knowledge and interest in online communities, including Discord and Reddit.
  • Experience with loyalty platforms and reward schemes
