Handle are working with a leading global record label in a search for a CRM and Community Manager. Reporting into the Head of Audience & Digital Strategy, this engaging role within the Audience team presents an exciting opportunity to shape the label's CRM email marketing and community platforms strategy. Your primary focus will be on fostering best practices within the Audience and Marketing teams, driving innovation in CRM campaigns for its artists, and cultivating robust first-party data and direct-to-fan relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Audience & Digital Strategy to lead the eCRM strategy, developing long-term plans for each artist and selecting the most effective platforms for fan engagement.
  • Acquire proficiency in centrally provided CRM systems, technology stack, and analytical tools, providing day-to-day support to the Audience and Marketing teams.
  • Stay proactive in keeping the label abreast of new CRM systems, technology, and trends.
  • Conduct in-depth data analytics to generate monthly performance reports and campaign analysis for both the label and its artists.
  • Ensure the integrity of consumer data in adherence to GDPR and data protection guidelines.
  • Act as a key member of audience/digital marketing team, collaborating closely with Marketing, and Streaming & Commerce teams.
  • Devise creative strategies to boost engagement and foster database growth for all artist CRM touchpoints.
  • Work closely with eCommerce, Audience, and Label Marketing teams to increase CRM-driven revenues.
  • Implement and execute ECRM marketing strategies for music, merchandise, and more throughout the year.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in CRM, Fashion/Entertainment, or Digital Agency with a track record of managing multiple accounts.
  • Actively immersed in music culture and its consumption across diverse channels.
  • Highly numerate, analytical, and results-oriented with a focus on high quality and business profitability.
  • Knowledgeable about current and emerging CRM communication technologies, tools, and data management systems.
  • Proficient in quality Powerpoint presentations and HTML coding.
  • Awareness of affiliate programs and experience in data management.
  • Proactive and confident communication skills with all levels of management.
