We are working alongside a managed business campus with a great brand name and reputation, renowned for hosting large scale events to over 10,000 employees in search of a Communications and Engagement Manager.
Responsible for leading, managing and inspiring the internal and external promotions, you'll be driving timely, relevant, and innovative communication to bring the brand to life and engage the community.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the development of the internal and external communications strategy, ensuring that the brand offering is both expressed and communicated in an effective way.
-Close collaboration with key stakeholders, the Content Manager for key support on implementation and ensuring that communications are on brand and relevant.
-Seek out ways to improve communications to enhance the overall guest experience and external brand awareness.
-Leading on data and insights, reporting on the usage, success measures, targets, and engagement.
You Will Have:
-Copy that is second to none, the ability to write with flare and wit, whilst engaging and targeting audiences.
-Excellent contacts within the marketing space and partnership development, bringing value to partners and employees.
-Proven experience and success in leading on engaging, influential and persuasive campaigns.
-A proactive approach with a passion for marketing and brand experience
This is a fantastic opportunity, based in West London, 5 days per week.
