In this role you will manage key operational elements of market-leading affordability programs, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences. You'll collaborate across multiple departments to deliver innovative solutions and drive efficiency, all while managing partner relationships.
In this role your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing program operations including offer management, issue resolution, partner engagement, and financial controls.
Supporting critical back-end processes to enable program execution.
Processing invoices and reconcile transactions with external partners.
Working cross-functionally on terms & conditions and pricing statements.
Building strong relationships across teams to ensure operational effectiveness.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Extensive experience in e-commerce operations support.
Strong track record in managing consumer-facing programs and delivering business results.
Expertise in Excel and data analysis.
Copy writing experience (e.g., terms & conditions, user agreements).
Strong collaboration, stakeholder management and problem solving abilities.
