Overall, Purpose of the Role:
As the Client Solutions Executive you will be part of a successful and talented commercial team, supporting the Client Solutions Manager in delivering a range of bespoke projects and events across industry respected and award-winning brand.
Key responsibilities:
Assisting with the coordination and delivery of a range of projects, including, but not limited to, events, video interviews, think tanks, round tables, webinars, surveys and blogs for wide range of B2B clients
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers stakeholders
Performing administrative tasks associated with projects and events
Working with the Client Solutions Manager to ensure all deadlines are communicated and achieved throughout each project
Research venues and event sites
Managing and maintaining data in a responsible way in accordance with GDPR and internal data-processing procedures
Providing outstanding customer service for clients
Skills and experience:
Excellent organisation skills with exceptional attention to detail and administrative skills
An excellent communicator, confident in liaising with individuals from all professional backgrounds
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Place of work: This exciting position is a full-time hybrid role. 2 days in the office, 3 days from home. This could change over time depending on business needs.
