Handle are currently working with a market leading PR and Communications brand who are looking for a Billings and Revenue Accountant on a temp to perm basis. The successful candidate will support the Finance Manager by handling invoicing for fees and expenses, and assisting with Work in Progress (WIP) maintenance.

Key responsibilities include -
Manage aged debt, oversee credit control, and resolve disputes
Support day-to-day finance operations for the business
Track revenue by maintaining source documentation for new jobs and clients, ensuring accurate accounting system entries

Assist with month-end processes, including reconciliation and reporting
Address client and client team inquiries promptly and professionally
Set up new client profiles and job codes in the accounting system, ensuring proper due diligence
Candidate requirements -
Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in an agency setting
Experience in an agency environment and familiarity with SOX
Strong affinity for numbers and attention to detail
Advanced IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative and follow through
