Biller -Temp 6 months
I am looking for an experienced Biller to join one of my clients who are a global media agency.
This role is initially for 6 months to jump on board and help out the billings manager. You will work within team of 12 reporting directly to the Billings Manager.
Daily you will be doing the following;
- Drafting client invoices for review by client teams based on requests and system details.
- Finalising approved invoices for submission to clients.
- Submitting invoices via client finance teams or relevant portals.
- Confirming receipt, acceptance and expected payment dates of invoices submitted.
- Posting of receipts to relevant client ledgers
- Posting required journals to account for pre-billing and other related transactions.
- Assisting with preparation of commentary on receivables ledger for review by commercial accountant.
- Ad Hoc requests from Billings Manager.
To be considered for this position you should be within a commutable distance to London Bridge, and have the following skills;
- Able to communicate in a clear, firm, and polite manner with client contacts.
- Experience in receivable department
- Ideally would have experience working on MediaOCean / DS Accounting.
