I'm working with a global travel brand on a 1-year contract for an Affiliate Marketing Executive. Tasked with management and development of the EMEA affiliate programme, this role requires impeccable stakeholder management, impressive commercial acumen and strong experience managing a large affiliate network.

The role

Oversee daily operations of the affiliate channel, managing inquiries, exposure, and administrative tasks.
Serve as primary contact for the affiliate network, briefing campaigns, providing updates, and addressing queries.
Manage the full lifecycle of affiliate campaigns, from planning and execution to post-campaign analysis.
Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners and represent the business at key events to identify opportunities.
Monitor affiliate performance, propose incentive structures, and collaborate on optimisation efforts to enhance programme results.

The candidate

Prior experience working in a large-scale matrix organisation, ideally in travel.
Strong analytical & data skills and prior experience using Commission Junction would be ideal!
Able to build strong relationships with affiliates & internal stakeholders
