We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a TV production firm as a Administrator and Acquisitions assistant. This role is a chance to join a Non-Scripted Global Content Team. You will be responsible for managing programming data. It will require someone who is used to working in an information-heavy role which requires an intelligent, detail-orientated person! This is a wonderful opportunity for someone passionate about TV who is also a skilled Administrator.
Responsibilities include:
-Ensuring that programme information is accurately updated and tracked
-Running reports and communicating results with the rest of the team
-Tracking material and programme launches
-Assisting with projections, content packs and programme reviews
-Creating PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports
-Support Pre-Mips and Pitch Docs
-Communication of programme updates
-Ad hoc administration and data entry
