Calling immediately available admin assistants with an eagle eye for detail! Great new interim role to support a thriving Neighbouring Rights team with a varied of admin and client support tasks. Due to start mid-November and run for 6 months this varied role will involve the following day to day:

  • Act as support to the Client Relations team in their day-to-day dealing with clients
  • Create and process client documents
  • Maintain client-related information in our in-house system
  • Provide support and assistance to the department with scheduled administrative tasks
  • Take notes in team meetings, as needed
  • Coordinate the on-boarding process for new clients, including entry and maintenance of their personal and agreement details in our database system
  • Accurate updating of confidential information/reporting using in house systems

Skills/experience required

  • Previous administration experience and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
  • Meticulously organised, with proven prioritisation skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Resilience and tenacity: you effectively deal with pressure but remain optimistic and persistent to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
  • You have experience using Excel to consolidate, structure, and organise data using filters, v-look-ups, pivot tables, and match-formulas
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Sensitivity to confidential information and material
