Fantastic new Admin Assistant temp role supporting Legal and Business Affairs which is seeking a process driven candidate with accuracy and immaculate attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity to hone in on your administrative skills and gain experience within a hugely successful major production house.
This role is most suitable for an immediately available proactive candidate with administrative experience looking for an opportunity to develop themselves further.
Responsibilities -
- General Admin including diary management.
- Processing invoices and liaising with finance team, expenses, ad hoc tasks such as booking couriers, restaurants etc.
- Maintaining contract, rights and other tracking documents/databases and managing contract signature process.
- Maintaining development budget spreadsheet.
- Keeping track of deadlines and liaising with key stakeholders.
- Setting up and running production checklists.
- Assisting Director of Business and Legal Affairs in preparing production packs.
- Liaising with and advising production, putting together legal documents and statements.
This will be a hybrid schedule for 3 months initially, based in their beautiful Central London office.
