Our client, a growing TV & Film production group, are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant to join their team on a temporary basis. Based in West London, the successful candidate will be sitting within a dynamic finance department, responsible for the following tasks:
Accurately coding and posting all invoices, ensuring they match purchase orders, contracts, or budgets as appropriate (100+ a month)
Overseeing the production purchase ledger
Verifying supplier statements against the purchase ledger
Reconciling card expenses
Preparing and posting bank payments and transactions
Conducting supplier payment runs
Ad-hoc financial tasks
The Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years accounts payable experience in a similar working environment (Film/Media/TV strongly preferred)
Intermediate Excel or higher
Confident communicator
Proactive and enthusiastic, with a strong attention to detail
Working on a 1 weeks notice or immediately available
