Based in London offices, the Account Director will be responsible for developing existing and building new relationships, whilst inspiring the wider team.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing the day to day management of client campaigns, whilst making sure that a high level of client service standards are being met
Delivering well-planned projects to the highest standard
Working closely with the marketing team to produce proposals and presentations for clients to secure new business
Continuously developing current and new client relationships
Identifying new potential clients

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous account management / client relationships with businesses in music and entertainment
The ability to build and develop client relationships and grow accounts
Comfortable working to revenue targets
Detailed experience presenting to clients
Previous team management experience
