We are looking for an Account Director to work for a beauty communications agency. They reimagine brand's identity and finds its growth within the marketplace, via trends, insights & data.

They work across a multitude of projects across the UK, Global and US clients. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that creative projects and campaigns including events, photography, videography shoots, new business pitches, sourcing suppliers, venues, set management and budgets are produced efficiently and at the right cost.

Salary - £70,000-£85,000

Location - Central London, hybrid (3 days in the office)

Duties will include:

  • Taking client briefs & delivering to teams

  • Collaborating with the Creative team to bring ideas and visions to life

  • Signing off & negotiating commercial terms with suppliers

  • Venue and location scouting

  • Overseeing all aspects of production

  • Managing production team (including all suppliers and assistant producers)

  • Client liaison and relationship building

  • Scheduling

  • Budgeting

  • Resource planning

  • Quality control, risk management

  • Creative problem solving

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working within Event Production

  • Experience in creative production (including campaigns and content production) is preferred, but not a must

  • Creative thinking, working alongside Creative team to bring ideas to life

  • Manage client expectations and creative concepts to ensure delivery is feasible within budgets and timeframes

  • Comprehensive understanding of the strategic and creative process and be able to recommend appropriate skill sets for client briefs

  • Brief external suppliers (Photography, Videography, Graphic Design, Set Design & Build, Glam, Operations, Agents etc) in line with direction from creative team

  • Work with the Strategy, Creative and Account Management teams to ensure activations meet client objectives and KPIs

  • Work with the CEO, MD, and department heads to ensure opportunities are identified, qualified and monetised

  • Ensure the smooth running of department operations via the management and development of in-house resource and freelance support
