Event Recruitment in London

In our latest series looking towards 2025, we have asked Andrea Pell to share her thoughts on the most in demand event industry jobs in 2025.

Having shared my Q4 2024 events industry recruitment update, as a part two I wanted to look ahead to 2025 and share the events jobs that we expect to be in demand in 2025.

1. Event Producers (temporary)

No real surprise that Event Producers are forecasted to be in high demand, with many businesses offering temporary assignments on average 3-6 months. Interestingly, many of our clients are mentioning looking to secure their event teams earlier than usual as well. On paper this is positive, but it does increase the importance of connecting with Event Producers that are not immediately looking for a new role.

2. Guest Experience Managers

With tighter events budgets, the focus on providing an exceptional guest experience has never been more important. Guest Experience Managers that thrive in leaner teams and like to solve challenges have never been so valuable.

3. Senior Marketing Executives

As acquisitions and expansion continues, we’ve seen a growing demand for Senior Marketing Executives with expertise in brand integration. Our clients are looking for marketers that can successfully incorporate newly acquired brands into the wider organisation and do it with impressive internal comms and relationship building.

 4. Awards Specialists

To support sustainable growth strategies, awards and recognition has never been more important. The only challenge is that the competition for awards has never been higher! The most in-demand profiles are candidates that can demonstrate a genuine passion, and are comfortable delivering to a high standard in the time limitations.

 5. Delegate Sales Executives (Temp to Perm)

With a lot of positivity for 2025, many of our clients are looking to quickly inflate their sales teams and we are seeing Delegate Sales Executives increasingly being hired on a temp-to-perm basis. Allowing companies to scale based on project needs, with the potential for temporary roles to evolve into longer-term positions if the anticipated demand is achieved.
