What experience do you need?
Although the experience of governance and strategic planning in a charity or non-profit context is a bonus, you are more important than any previous experience as a Trustee. Training can be provided for those unfamiliar with being a trustee.
Passion for the mission of Music Support and a commitment to improving the lives of those in the music industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture. Leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Integrity and objectivity in decision-making.
