We are recruiting for a Data Sales Operations Analyst to support and optimise the sales team's performance of an award winning Risk and Public safety agency.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience in Sales force, can analyse data and be a whizz with excel.

Based in Morden, this role offers flexibility to work from home and be in the office 2 days a week.

The role:

By analysing sales data and implementing streamlined processes like automation and CRM systems, Sales Operations Analysts enable sales teams to excel in their functions and targets. Additionally, Sales Operations Analysts often work with other departments and senior management to evaluate and plan for organisational aims.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Crafting and executing sales strategies for sales teams, specialists, and representatives to enhance their performance.

  • Analysing data and conducting research to generate accurate sales forecasts.

  • Working closely with various departments and senior management to pinpoint and clarify business objectives.

  • Discovering potential customers and sales prospects through detailed analysis of sales data and market trends.

  • Designing and administering automation systems to streamline the sales process.

  • Deploying and overseeing CRM systems to optimise customer engagement and maximise business opportunities.

Knowledge and experience

  • Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, operations specialists, collaborating departments and upper management

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies

  • Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities

  • Technology skills to utilise CRM and database software tools in daily tasks

  • Research and reporting skills to analyse sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecasts

  • Written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams, other departments and upper management
